ADORN 😍 A 1-day women’s retreat designed to create space to slow down, indulge in yourself, and connect with the beauty of life and feminine energy through movement, nourishment, nature, and community. <3 magic

The purpose is to step into a portal where you feel free, fluid, radiant, and deeply connected—held inside community. A place to be fully, wildly, and softly alive. <3

• Sensual yoga practice + body shake-out & ecstatic dance
• Shake Rising: a transformational movement practice that weaves fitness, dance, and energy work with the end goal of liberation with Emily Newsome (search this on IG, it's amazing!)

• "Channeling sexual energy with Qigong & Kundalini Yoga" with Dr. Sinéad Corrigan, LAc, DACM
• "The art of receiving" with Caren DeCesaris

• Various activities designed to deepen into yourself & connect with one another
• Cacao ceremony: opening the heart with Yanina Chicas

• A beautiful lunch spread <3 with space to eat in joy & gratitude
• Uplifting, nourishing drinks to fill your body & energy with love

⟡FigMINT Farms - Apex, NC

A big, open, serene & enchanting space to play in nature and elegance <3 (The space will be BEAUTIFUL in October fall 😍)

An indoor/outdoor venue surrounded by trees, open space, a large pond, firepit, fragrant mint gardens, and more - this is the perfect space to get away & pretend you're in a far away land <3

✨ If you feel the slightest pull toward this experience, it is likely meant for you <3 and you won’t regret it. A day devoted to loving ourselves is exactly what we need sometimes, and this will be a truly magical day. <3

There is truly nothing like having beautiful experiences along side other women, it connects us to ourselves + one another in open and expansive ways.
